摘　　要：为了解决科研经费管理过程中存在的问题,提高工作效率,采用先进的数据库设计技术,研制开发了科研经费管理系统.本文着重介绍了系统的主要功能模块以及系统设计所采用的关键技术.In order to solve the problems existing in the scientific research outlay management and to improve the working efficiency, this system was designed with the help of the advanced database technology. The article introduces the function and the feature of the system as well as the key technology used in designing the system .
