摘 要:生态空间占用是一种定量测度人类对自然资源利用程度对生态系统产生的压力大小的模型,用来回答人类对自然生态服务的需求和自然所提供的生态服务之间的差距,判断区域可持续发展的状态。在对现代水资源规划内涵剖析和对该模型研究综述的基础上,全面分析了该方法应用于流域尺度研究的必要性与可行性,并指出了当前有助于推动流域可持续性研究的4个应用领域:流域可持续发展状态的总体评价,流域“生态经济系统”发展能力评估,流域水资源利用的生态空间占用分析和水污染的生态影响分析,以期推动水资源规划中宏观经济、水资源与生态环境耦合分析的进步。The ecological footprint is a model to quantificationally measure the ecosystem pressure caused by nature resources utilization of human, which could find the gap between demand of natural ecological service from human and the actual ecological service provided by nature, and could judge the regional sustainable development situation. Based on the connotation analysis of modern water resources and research of this model, the author comprehensively analyzes the necessity and feasibility of application of this method in basin scale research, points out the four application fields which are helpful to promote the basin sustainable research at present: overall assessment of basin sustainable development situation, basin 'eco economic system' development capacity evaluation, the ecological footprint analysis of basin water resources utilization and ecological impact analysis of water pollution, and expects to promote the coupling analysis of macro economy, water resources and eco environment in water resources planning.
