摘　　要：用Sol-gel法、水热法和固相反应法分别制备了钛酸钡粉体 ,并对其进行了XRD分析 ,结果表明 。Three kinds of BaTiO 3 Powders were prepared by sol-gel method, hydrothermal method and solid state reaction method, the conventional characteristics were investigatal by means of XRD The results show that the BaTiO 3 powers were material with nanometer size
