摘　　要：针对STM 1速率的分插复用器 (ADM)网元 ,设计了包括连接SDH网络的光路板、上下E1的支路板、时钟板、主控板等全部硬件 ,以及各分板和主控板软件 ,为进一步开发多种业务接口提供了基础 .Concerning the core parts in ADM on STM 1 rate level, all hardware design and the corresponding software design were detailed, including optical board connected to SDH network, tributary board to add/drop E1, synchronous clock board, main control board etc. This design provided a basis for the development of various services access interface. The following debugging verified the validity of the system hardware and software design.
