摘 要:通过硅烷偶联剂“桥”的作用 ,引入了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA) ,成功地制备出以无机纳米粒子TiO2为核 ,聚合物 (PMMA)为壳的复合纳米材料 .通过四球机研究了其作为水基液添加剂的摩擦学性能 ,实验结果证明 ,表面修饰的纳米粒子比未经修饰的纳米粒子具有较小的磨斑直径 ,较高的极压值 ;在高载荷下具有较好的抗磨、减磨性能 .用透射电子显微镜 (TEM )对其进行了形貌分析 ,用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )The surface of nanometer TiO_2 powders was modified by silane coupling agents and treated respectively by PMMA. A novel nanocomposite with the structure of TiO_2 as core and polymer as shell was prepared. The shape of the additives was viewed via Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). Tribological properties of PMMA TiO_2 as additives in water based lubrication were studied by four ball machine, while wear scar of steel ball was observed by a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). It was found that modified TiO_2 possesses less Wear Scanning Diameter (WSD) and higher extreme pressure value, antiwear performance especially under high load.
