高效含氮有机缓蚀剂BIEA及其复配剂的研究

摘　　要：合成了一种含氮有机化合物BIEA ,采用失重法和电化学方法 ,测定了其与丙炔醇复配时在盐酸溶液中对 4 5 # 钢的缓蚀效果 .结果表明 :BIEA与丙炔醇有很好的协同作用 .BIEA与丙炔醇的复配体可同时抑制 4 5 #钢在盐酸中腐蚀的阴极过程与阳极过程 。An organic corrosion inhibitor containing nitrogen BIEA was synthesized. The synergistic effect of BIEA with propiolic alcohol on the corrosion of 45 # steel in 4?mol/L HCl was studied by weight loss measurements and electrochemical techniques, From the investigation, it was shown that the enhancement of the inhibition efficiency with the addition of small amounts of propiolic alcohol The study of potential dynamic polarization revealed the fact that BIEA companied with propiolic alcohol can inhibit both the anodic and cathodic process of 45 # steel in hydrochloric acid, and it was a mixed type inhibitor.
