摘 要:研究了Pd/C催化氧化羰化苯酚合成碳酸二苯酯反应及催化助剂Mn(OAc) 2 、苯醌和四丁基溴化铵对Pd/C催化活性的影响 .在 0 .13mol苯酚、0 .0 2 2 9g 5 %Pd/C(含Pd0 0 .0 1mmol)、0 .0 18mmol醋酸锰、0 .6mmol四丁基溴化铵和 0 .0 1mmol苯醌 ,10 0℃ ,pCO=5 .4MPa ,pO2 =0 .6MPa ,4h的条件下 ,碳酸二苯酯的产率为4 .10 % ,Pd的转换数为 16 2 .6 .碳酸二苯酯的产率随着压力的增大而增大 ,最合适的反应温度为 10 0℃ ,Pd/C催化剂可重复使用 。The synthesis of diphenyl carbonate by oxidative carbonylation of phenol catalyzed by Pd/C was studied. The effects of co catalysts such as Mn (OAc)_2, benzequinone and Bu_4NBr on the catalytic activities of Pd/C were determined. When the reaction was carried out at phenol 0.13?mol, 5?% Pd/C 0.022?9?g (Pd 0 0.01?mmol), Mn(OAc)_2 0.018?mmol, Bu_4NBr 0.6?mmol, benzequinone 0.01?mmol, 100?℃, p _ CO 5.4?MPa, p _ O_2 0.6?MPa, 4?h, the yield of DPC was 4.10?% and the turn over number for Pd/C was 162.6 The yield of DPC increased with the increase of the pressure. The suitable temperature for reaction was 100?℃. Pd/C was reusable and its catalytic activity remained unchanged.
