摘　　要：本文概要分析了高速线材轧机的立式开坯机用减速器螺旋锥齿轮失效的原因,并相应提出预防对策。This paper analyzes briefly the causes of tooth-breaking failure that took place to the verticle roughing mill's reducer of a high-velocity wire mill, and offers the corresponding protetives.
