摘　　要：信息化时代,计算机和网络技术广泛运用于社会各个方面,以知识为代表的各种信息在社会生活中起着举足轻重的作用,知识在生产力构成要素中,逐渐取代资本和劳动力成为第一要素,第一生产力;知识商品化、产业化、市场化,经济全球化等等对人类社会造成了广泛而深远的影响。学报工作作为出版业的一个重要分支,同样也受到巨大的冲击。信息化社会,不仅使学报的编辑手段实现了现代化,而且促进了学报管理体制、运作方式、思想观念、出版成果以及编辑人员素质的现代化,促进了整个学报工作由传统向现代的变革。In the age of information, the technology of computer and website is widely used in every field of society. Knowledge and information spread rapidly here and now and become part and parcel of modern life. Knowledge rather than capital or labor force is of primary importance. It helps increase productivity, Knowledgebased economy, industry, and economic globalization have all exerted profound influence on man and society. The journal trade, an important branch of publishing industry, has also experienced the great change in the age of information technology. The impact of information technology on editing and revising, management system, mode of operation, lines of thought, and final publication has been tremendous and farreaching. The Journal's editorial staff members are ready to brace for the challenge of modernization and face the transformation of the trade from tradition to modernity.
