摘　　要：国际私法条约从性质上可分为统一实体私法条约、统一冲突法条约和统一程序法条约。其在国内法上适用的方式、自执行力以及与国内法的效力优先等问题上还存在着许多分歧,应认真研究,以适应全球化趋势的要求。The pacts of the international private laws can in nature be classified into the unified private law pact of entity, the unified law pact of conflicts, and the unified law pact of procedure. The opinions are still discrepant with its application in the civil laws in reference to the application ways, executive power, and the effective priority of the civil laws. We ought to study these issues carefully in order to meet the requirements of the globalization.
