摘　　要：鉴于理论界对于我国新闻体制改革的路径意识的缺乏,文章比较有关国有企业改革理论,借鉴哈耶克的内部规则与外部规则的概念,以及社会秩序二元观的理论,对我国新闻体制改革的路径进行了探索,进而提出了当代中国新闻体制改革的演进模式。In view that the theoretic arena has been deficient in the roadawareness of restructuring Chinese journalism, the article, comparing it with a theory on restructuring stateowned enterprises, and absorbing Hayek's theory of internal and external rules, puts forth the theory of evolutionary progress on restructuring journalism.
