摘  要:采用片状层压工艺制备了短切剑麻纤维 (SF) /聚丙烯 (PP)复合材料 ,用高级仪器化摆锤冲击试验机对复合材料的冲击过程进行了全面分析 ,并借助扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的冲击破坏断口进行观察。结果表明 :当SF的长度为 2 0mm、wpp=3 0 %时 ,SF对PP的增韧效果最好。采用短切SF增强PP基体 ,可使复合材料断裂过程吸收的能量增加 ,裂纹扩展缓慢 ,断裂后期吸收能量增大。Short sisal fiber/polypropylene composites were produced by the method of sheet molding compounding The impact processes of the composites were analyzed thoroughly by means of API impact test machine, and the impact fracture surface was observed by SEM The results showed that sisal fiber could improve the toughness of polypropylene most obviously when the length of the sisal fiber was 20 mm and the content of polypropylene was 30% When short sisal fiber was used to the reinforcement of PP, the absorbed energy during the fracture processes of the composite increased, the cracks propagated slowly and the absorbed energy during the last stage of the fracture increased, too
