bFGF增加带真皮下血管网皮片移植存活率的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究bFGF对带真皮下血管网皮片存活的促进作用。方法 :选择 2 6例各种瘢痕切除后创面需植皮患者 ,随机分为bFGF组 13例 ,对照组 13例。bFGF组在植皮创面基底喷洒浓度为 2 4 0 0AU/ml的bFGF溶液 ,按 15 0AU/cm2 的量均匀喷洒 ,同时将皮片用浓度力 2 4 0 0AU/ml的bFGF溶液浸泡 15min。对照组使用NS。术后 14天观察各皮片的存活率。结果 :bFGF组存活率高于对照组 ,T =2 .39P <0 .0 5。结论 :bFGF有效地促进了带真皮下血管网皮片的存活。Objective:To explore the effect of bFGF on the viability of the free skin with subdermal vascular plexus.Methods:Twenty-six patients with the diagnosis of scar deformity and needed scar excision were divided into two groups with 13 patients in each group.150AU/cm 2 of bFGF with the concentration of 2400AU/ml was sprayed on the base of the wounds after excision of scar in bFGF group.The free skin with subdermal vascular plexus were soaked in the bFGF solution with the concentration of 2400AU/ml for 15 minutes.NS were employed as control agents.The viable rate of these free skin with subdermal vascular plexus were investigated.Results:The results indicated significant difference in the viable rates between bFGF group and the control group on the 14 th postoperation day, T=2.39 P <0.05.Conclusion:We concluded that bFGF could enhance the viable rate of the free skin with subdermal vascular plexus.
