碱法蔗渣制浆黑液木质素磺化反应研究

摘　　要：对碱法蔗渣制浆黑液回收木质素的磺化反应条件进行了试验研究 .结果表明 ,木质素磺化反应的适宜条件为亚硫酸钠用量 5mmol·g- 1 、溶液pH值 1 0 5、反应时间 5h、反应温度 90℃ .In this paper,the sulfonation conditions of kraft lignin from black liquor of alkali pulping with bagasse have been studied in detail.The experimental results show that the optimal operating conditions of sulfonated reaction for lignin are as follows:the suitable dose of Na 2SO 3 is 5 mmol·g -1 ;the optimum pH value is 10 5;the reaction temperature is 90℃;the reaction time is 5h.Some salts of metallic ions such as Fe 3+ (FeCl 3) and Cu 2+ (CuSO 4) may be used as catalytic agent of sulfonated reaction for lignin.
