摘 要:3株金龟子绿僵菌(M1、M2、M3)和3株球孢白僵菌(B1、B2、B3)经室内侵染试验证明,皆能侵染2~3龄刚竹毒蛾幼虫。3个金龟子绿僵菌菌株中以M3对刚竹毒蛾的毒力最强,LC50、=7.01×107个·L-1、LC50M3=7.55×106个·LT50分别为:LC50M1=3.12×107个·L-1、LC50M2=7.66~11.53d、LT50M3=5.88~10.50d。3个球孢白僵L$C1;LT50M1=6.50~11.65d、LT50M2==9.64×106个·L$C1、LC50B2菌菌株中以B1对刚竹毒蛾的毒力最强,LC50、LT50分别为LC50B1=7.18~10.39d、LT50B2=7.45~11.614.46×107个·L-1、LC50B3=1.05×108个·L-1;LT50B1=7.80~11.83d。试验表明,供试的绿僵菌和白僵菌菌株在室内对刚竹毒蛾2~3龄d、LT50B3幼虫的毒力相当。不同温度、湿度下的分生孢子萌发力试验还表明,与白僵菌相比,供试的绿僵菌菌株具有较强的耐高温和耐旱特性。3 strains of Metarrhizium anisopliae ( M1 , M2 , M3 ) and 3 strains of Beauveria bassiana ( B1 , B2 , B3 ) infected Pantana phyllostachysae in laboratory, and all showed pathogenicity to 2nd ~ 3rd instar larvae of P. phyllostachysae. Of 3 strains of M. anisopliae, M3 caused the greatest mortality. The LC50 of M1, M2 and M3 were 3.12×107 spores·L-1, 7.01×107 spores·L-1, 7.55×106 spores·L-1, and the LT50 were 6.50 ~ 11.65 days, 7.66 ~ 11.53 days, 5.88 ~ 10.50 days respectively. Among 3 strains of B. bassiana, B1 caused the greatest mortality. The LC50 of B1, B2 and B3 were 9.64×106 spores·L-1, 4.46×107 spores·L-1 , 1.05×108 spores·L-1, and the LT50 were 7.18 ~ 10.39 days, 7.45 ~ 11.61 days, 7.80 ~ 11.83 days respectively. The data indicated that there were not significant difference at the toxicity to 2nd ~ 3rd instar larvae of P. phyllostachysae between M. anisopliae and B. bassiana at 25℃. The experiment of conidial germination was carried out at different temperatures and in different humidity, and the strains of M. anisopliae showed greater resistance to high temperature and drought. The laboratory test indicated that M. anisopliae was of greater value in controlling P. phyllostachysae probably.
