摘　　要：结合油田注水井监控装置的需要,设计了一种流量自动调节阀,用来配合注水井监控装置的使用。该调节阀具有结构简单、耐高压、耐腐蚀、寿命长的特点;减速机装置采用行星传动机构,具有减速比大、传动效率高、体积小、质量轻的特点。目前,该装置在油田应用60余台,运行良好,满足了油田注水的要求。Because oil fields need the water injection well monitoring device,design a kind of flow rate automatic flow valve that is applied in the water injection well monitoring device. It has the characteristics of simply structure, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, long lifetime. Decelerating machine is planetary transmission structure the characteristics of high transmission efficiency, small volume and light weight. Now, there are 60 devices used in oil field which run well and satisfy the need of oil fields water injection well.
