摘　　要：根据目前油田压裂酸化的工况及在用酸化管汇设备的使用情况,设计了一种简单实用的新型酸化管汇车。它由分配集管和压力集管2部分组成。较好地解决了设备配套选型的匹配、吸入管汇和排出管汇的防腐、装置控制、随车起重运输车对装置的要求及离合器冷却水的来源等问题。According to the present case of fracturing & acidification and the use of its equipment, a new acidizing manifold truck is designed. It is comprosed of distributing part and pressure part. Distributing part consists of base, diesel engine, clutch centrifugal pump, suction manifold ,discharge manifold and control device.The truck can solve these problems well,such as matching of equipments, anticorrosion of suction & discharge manifold, the control of the devices, the requirement of truck mounted carne for device and the source of cooling water for clutch .The truck has also been highly praised for its solving these troubles like too many auxiliary trucks being used and difficult movement in the case of manifold's link.
