摘  要:利用CYJ10 3.0 53HB型常规抽油机改造成CYJZ10 4.8 53HF(G)型异相游梁平衡旋转驴头抽油机。其关键技术是在原10型抽油机的基础上,增加了旋转驴头、可调异相平衡、低速电机等。通过现场应用,经有关部门鉴定、检测,该改型机比常规机提液量增加40%,耗电量下降16.7%,达到了增程节能的目的。CYJ103053HB pumping unit is reconstructed into CYJ2104853HB(G)phased heam puming unit,with notating mule head.The key part of this technology is to provide a rotany mule head,anjustable phased balance and electric motor with low speed on the basis of original ten pumping unit.Application on site,appraisal and inspection of concerned departments have shown that the reconstructed unit can have an increase of 40% oil production than conventional unit.It has a decrease of 167% power consumption,which meets the need of stroke increasing and energy saving.
