摘　　要：滤砂管防砂效果好、有效期长、成本低、施工简单、易于推广。由于滤砂管防砂管柱尾部使用砂塞皮碗在油层压力较高的情况下密封不严和多次作业造成皮碗在井底堆积等问题,研制设计了密封性好、结构简单、施工方便、不论是油层压力多大均能牢固密封,而且不留任何遗物。该工具能大大提高滤砂管防砂效果,具有较好的使用前景。It is obvious that sand control screen liner has these advantages,such as good effects,long effective period,low costs and brief,construction.To solve problems of the bad sealness and some other defects of it,we have developed a doublebaffle and also doubleshutter waterdissolving controller.It can greatly improve the sand control effects of the sand control screen,so it has a very good application future.
