栉孔扇贝急性病毒性坏死症病毒感染的ELISA检测

摘　　要：应用纯化病毒免疫新西兰兔制备的抗血清 ,进行ELISA分析 ,检测栉孔扇贝体内急性病毒性坏死症病毒的感染情况。结果表明 :一龄贝在整个养殖期间感染该病毒呈现低 -高 -低的涨落过程 ,其中 7月下旬到 8月中旬检出阳性率为 75 %～ 95 % ,为当年感染的高峰时期。对二龄贝感染该病毒的分析结果显示 。Using purified virus as antigens, the polyclonal antibody was prepared in rabbits. The infection conditions of acute virus necrobiotic disease virus(AVND virus) were detected by indirect ELISA technique. The results show that viral infection condition of one year old scallop exhibiting low high low trend throughout the whole growth period. The positive rates of AVND virus range from 75% to 95% during epizootic periods from July to August and that from 10% to 30% in the rest of time. Though the viral infection level of two year old Chlamys farreri is similar to that of one year old specimens, the former has some degree of resistance to AVND virus.
