摘 要:室内与田间试验结果,灰霉病菌对苯丙咪唑类多菌灵与二甲酰亚胺类速克灵扑海因之间不存在交互抗药性,与传统的保护性杀菌剂之间不存在交互抗药性,传统保护性杀菌剂中以福美双、克菌丹、百菌清抑菌效果较好。多菌灵抗药性菌株其产孢能力并不比敏感菌株低,其抗性菌株的后代仍为抗性菌。连续转代培养表明,灰霉病菌多菌灵的抗性菌株对多菌灵的抗性程度不下降,只是生长速率有所降低。停止用药后,多菌灵抗性菌的频率基本上不下降。There is no cross resistance among benzimidazoles dicarboximides and traditional protect fungicides, the resistant strains to MBC can be inhibited effectively by thiram captan and chlorothalonil in traditional protect fungicides. The capibility of sporulation of the resistant strains to MBC was not lower than the sensitive ones. The generation of the singal spore of all the resistant strains to MBC were all resistant strains. The resistant strains can be maintained their resistance after continous incubated 8 times on the fungicide free PSA. The velocity of growth was only less decreased. Test showed that the frequency of the resistant strains to MBC did not decreased after a long time without using fungicide in plastic houses.
