吸附法提取分离葛根素的研究

摘　　要：用正交试验法对葛根中提取分离葛根素的工艺进行了研究 ,找出了用吸附法分离葛根素的影响因素依次是吸附剂的选择 ,洗脱剂乙醇浓度 ,洗脱剂的用量及吸附剂的用量。把D10 1大孔吸附树脂用于葛根素的分离 ,具有收率高 ,操作简单 ,成本低 ,环境污染小等优点 ,适用于工业化生产。The process for extracting and isolating puerarin from pueraria lobata were studied by orthogonal design. The most influential factor in the isolation was adsorption properties of adsorbent, the other influential factors were in the order of concentraction of ethyl alcohol, amount of eluent and adsorbent. Puerarin was separated from pueraria lobata by using D_ 101 macro-reticular resine, it was a high yield, low cost and pollution, the technology is applicable to industrialized production.
