摘　　要：农民的政治参与意义重大。我们应正视农民政治参与中存在的问题。不断提高农民的政治参与水平首先党和政府要在政策的制定上尊重和保护农民的切身利益；进一步建立健全我国农民的政治参与机制，不断拓宽农民政治参与的渠道，使农民利益的表达制度化、有序化；进一步加强农村文化建设，尤其是农村政治文化建设，提高农民的民主法制意识，提高农民的参政议政水平；鼓励和正确引导农民利用大众传媒合理、有序地进行政治参与，表达他们的愿望和要求；要尽快提高我国农村干部的整体素质。The farmer's politics panticipance has great significance.We should face the problems exist in farmer's politics panticipance and continuously increase the level of farmer's politics panticipance.The establishment of policy should protect the benefit of farmers',further establish the mechanism ,widen the channels,systemize the benefit of farmers'.Further enhance the village culture developments, particularly political culture developments , and increase the farmer's consciousness of democracy legal system ;Encourages the farmer to make use of the public medium reasonable, express their wishes and requests;Improve the whole quality of the staff in village.
