摘　　要：采用单臂外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折 73例 ,取得满意疗效。该方法具有简便、疗效好、损伤小、恢复快和费用低等优点 ,可应用于治疗骨折、骨缺损、骨不连、骨与关节畸形等。胫腓骨开放性骨折 。Unilateral external fixation was used to treat 73 cases of fracture of tibia and fibula,and the efficiency was satisfactory.The method had the characteristics of simpleness,effectivity,little injuries,quick recovery and low cost.It can be used to treat with fracture,bone defect,bone nonunion,deformity of bone and joint and so on.The best indication in application is open fracture of tibia and fibula,and the facture combined acute soft tissues injury is the first.
