拉米夫定合用甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床用药研究

摘　　要：目的 :单用拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝功能恢复缓慢 ,较长的炎症期会给肝脏造成慢性损伤 ,本研究旨在探索较满意的抗病毒 -护肝药物联合治疗方案。方法 :将 90名慢性乙型肝炎患者分为甲、乙、丙三组 ,每组30例。甲组为联合用药组 ,乙组为拉米夫定组 ,丙组为甘草酸二铵组。结果 :拉米夫定 -甘草酸二铵联合治疗组疗效突出 ,多个指标与其他两组相比较有显著性差异 ,基本达到了预期目的。结论 :拉米夫定和甘草酸二铵联合应用 ,既能有效抑制病毒复制 ,又能缩短炎症期 ,减少肝脏慢性损伤 ,是疗效比较理想的治疗方法。Objective:Treating chronic hepatilis B with Lamivudine Tablets can only lead to the slow recovery of liver functions, and the longer period of phlegmonosis will cause chronic trauma of liver. The research is to find the best treatment with the antiviral and liver-protecting way and improve the therapeutic effect of chronic hepatitis to a greater level.Methods:We equally divide the 90 cases of chronic hepatisis B into three groups, group A, B and C. In group A, we use Lamivudine Tablets and Diammonium Injection, in group B, Lamivudine Tablets and in group C Diammonium Injection.Results:The curative effect of group A is better than other two groups, and its many indexes have significant differences, compared with those of other two. We have achieved the designed purpose.Conclusions:The combined use of Lamivudine Tablets and Diammobium Zhusheye can not only suppress the duplication of virues effectively and eliminate etiopathogenesis, but also shorten the phlegmons period and decrease the chronic trauma of liver. As a result, the therapentic effect of chronic hepatisis B has been improved a lot.
