电针对自发性高血压大鼠血压和主动脉血管重构的影响

摘　　要：目的和方法　观察电针曲池、足三里穴对自发性高血压大鼠 ( SHR)血压和主动脉血管重构的作用。结果　电针可明显减缓 SHR大鼠血压的升高 ;对 SH R大鼠主动脉的血管重构现象和血管平滑肌细胞面积的增大具有一定的抑制作用 ,电针组和对照组的比较有显著性差异 ;电针对 SHR大鼠主动脉超微结构有明显的改善作用。结论　电针可抑制 SHR血压的升高 。Objective and Method The effect of electro-acupuncture of Quchi(LI 11) and Zusanli(ST 36) on the blood pressure and aortic vascular remodeling in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) was observed. Results Electro-acupuncture(EA) could slow down the ascending blood pressure, and restrain the aortic vascular remodeling and the enlarging of vascular smooth muscle cells in SHR, with a significant difference between EA and control groups; moreover, electro-acupuncture could obviously improve the ultrastructure of aortic vascular. Conclusion Electro-acupuncture could restrain the ascending blood pressure and prevent and treat the aortic vascular remodeling in SHR.
