50例糖尿病患者^(18)F-FDG肿瘤显像的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的 :探讨糖尿病患者在 1 8F- FDG肿瘤显像过程中的护理措施 ,以提高诊断质量。方法 :5 0例空腹血糖大于 7.2 m mol/ L的患者均于检查前 1～ 2 d在医生指导下用降糖药物。检查当日、空腹血糖仍升高的患者 ,应用胰岛素治疗或作适量运动促进机体血糖自然代谢。同时做好血糖监测及预防不良反应的急救措施。根据患者的心理特点给予适当的心理护理。结果 :4 5例患者空腹血糖降至小于等于 7.2 mmol/ L,其扫描结果经两位以上有经验的医生阅片 ,认为图像清晰 ,对比度良好。另 5例患者空腹血糖仍大于 7.2 mmol/ L,,图像存在不同程度的肌肉生理性显影。结论 :选择合适的降糖治疗方法 ,配合有效的护理措施是保证糖尿病患者在 1 8F-Objective To probe into the nursing measures for 18 F FDG tumor coincidence imaging on patients with diabetes mellitus, so that improve the diagnostic quality. Methods All of the 50 patients whose blood sugar level (BSL) higher than 7.2 mmol/L were suggested under the doctor's guidance to take medicine for reducing the BSL one day or two days before the examintion. Patients who were detected higher BSL at limosis in the morning when the examination was performed, were given insulin, or asked to do appropriate exercise to reducing the BSL. The BSL was treated every 15~16 minutes during the procedures, and first aid measures for the side effec was prepared at the same time. Psychological nursing was also excuted to the patients according to theirs different mentation. Results Better image quality, obtained from the 45 patients whose BSL lower than 7.2 mmol/L at limosis, were validated by more than two experienced doctors, while various grade of muscle up take were discovered in the other 5 patients whose BSL was higher than 7.2 mmol/L at limosis. Conclusion It is important to choose an appropriate BSL controlling measure to ensure the image quality of 18 F FDG tumor coincidence imaging on patients with diabetes mellitus.
