摘　　要：目前各油田都已进入较高程度勘探开发阶段,寻找新的储量接替区和提高采收率已成为油田发展的主要难题。经过多年的实际应用,地震解释技术在油气勘探与开发阶段发挥了十分重要的作用。本文以东营北带为例,针对该区的实际情况,系统地总结了三维测井约束反演、地震属性分析等地震解释新技术的原理、技术思路及在砂砾岩油藏滚动勘探开发中的应用情况,并列举了一些成功的实例。希望对其它地区的勘探有一定的借鉴作用。Seismic interpretation technique has played an important role in oil and gas exploration and development. Taking the north of Dongying as an example, this paper systematically summarizes the principle and technical thought of seismic interpretation techniques such as 3D log - constrained inversion and seismic attribute analysis and their application in progressive exploration and development of glutenite reservoir, and enumerates some successful examples, which may be references to exploration in other areas.
