老年高脂血症脑诱发电位的观察

摘　　要：本文观察了100例老年高脂血症患者和50例继康老年人的体感诱发电位(SEP)和听觉诱发电位(AEP)的变化。结果表明,老年高脂血症患者SEP的P_3、N_3波潜伏期均比健康老年人明显延迟(P<0.01);老年高脂血症患者AEP平均听阈及Ⅰ波缺失率均明显高于健康老年人(P<0.01)。结论认为,上述现象提示机体脂质代谢紊乱,血液粘滞性增加,脑动脉硬化及脑缺血,大脑皮层神经元脱髓鞘病变和脑干听神经受损。并认为此检查可作为高脂血症的早期诊断的辅助方法和降脂药临床疗效观察的客观指标。The somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and the auditory evoked potential (AEP) were studied in 100 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia and comparied with 50 normal persons as control. The results revealed that the latencies of SEP, P_3 and N_3 waves were delayed in patients as compared with the normal. The auditory threshold and the disappearance rate of AEP I wave were greater in patients than the normal. It is suggested that the evoked potential studied can he used as the aupplementary method for thd early diagnosis and the objective indices after the treatment for hyperlipidemia.
