中医肾与现代西医学组织器官的相关性研究

摘　　要：对古代医案进行Logistic回归分析 ,找到对中医肾病及其证候最重要的病因或病理结果、症状和用药。根据中、西医学研究对象 (人体 )的一致性 ,寻找这些病因或病理结果、症状和用药的西医学解释 ,发现与中医肾直接相关的西医学组织器官主要是泌尿系统、生殖系统和支配两系统的神经系统。另外 ,肾上腺、甲状腺、呼吸系统、耳、腰骶部的骨和软组织等也与中医肾有密切关系。Logistic regression analysis had been employed to find the most important pathogens or pathological results,symptoms,and herbal medicines for Shen diseases and its syndromes on ancient cases.According to the same studying object (human body) between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern western medicine (MWM),the pathological mechanism of the pathogens or pathologic results and symptoms,and the pharmacological mechanism of the herbal medicines had been consulted in MWM.Based on the consulted results,it was found that Shen of TCM directly correlates to the urinary system,reproductive system,and the nerve system that govern the two systems mainly.In addition,the suprarenal gland,thyroid gland,respiratory system,ear,bones and soft tissues of the waist have close relation with Shen also.
