苦参素联用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨苦参素联用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。[方法]将152例慢性乙型肝炎随机分成联合治疗组、苦参素组、单磷酸阿糖腺苷组进行对照观察。[结果]联合治疗组在HBeAg、HBV -DNA阴转方向较单用苦参素或单磷酸阿糖腺苷效果好 ,治疗6个月和12个月其总有效率三组无明显差异。Objective To discuss the effect of kurarinone combined with arabinosyladenosine monophosphate (Ara-Amp) on chronic hepatitis B. One hundred and fifty- two patients were divided into combination group, kurarinone group and Ara-Amp group. The negative turning of HbeAg, HBV-DNA in combination treatment group was superior to that in other two groups. There was no marked diffecence of the overall effective rate between these 3 groups 6 months and 12 months after treatment. [Conclusion] The combination treatment is more effective than the treatment with single medicine.
