摘  要:[目的]研究用微波提取丹参、槐花、生草的可行性。[方法]将3种中药分别以微波及回流提取不同时间 ,以阿贝折光仪测定提取液折光系数n以确定提取量。[结果]丹参、槐花、甘草微波提取40s ,提取液中成分量与回流提取2h相当 ,甘草微波短时间提取出膏率与回流提取1.5h相当。[结论]微波提取效率高 ,提取时间短 。Objective To study the probability of extracting available composition from Danshen, Huaihua and Gancao with microwave. All the herbs were extracted with microwave and reflux Method for different time. Abe refractometer was used for the determination of the refraction coefficient (n) of the extract liquid to obtain the extraction volume. The same amount of available composition in extract liquid was obtained with microwave extract for 40s and reflux extract for 2 h for these three herbs. Ointment recovery rate of the extraction of Gancao with short microwave had the same result with reflex for 1.5 h. [Conclusion] The microwave extraction technique can be used for Chinese material medica as its high effect and short extraction time.
