摘 要:目的 :对 4种常见卫生杀虫剂有效成分测定方法进行研究 ,为控制这几种卫生杀虫剂的内在质量提供依据。方法 :气相色谱定量方法中的内标法 ,FID检测器 ,毛细管柱。结果 :盘式蚊香用 2种内标物进行测定 ,标准偏差分别是 0 .1和 0 .0 4 6 ,变异系数分别为 3.2 5 %和 1.5 4 % ,平均回收率为 97.84 %和 98.6 9% ;电热液体蚊香标准偏差和变异系数分别为 0 .33× 10 -3 和 3.89% ,平均回收率为 99.7% ;电热蚊香片以丙烯菊酯为主要成分采用 2种内标物的变异系数为 0 .86 %和 1.5 3% ,以丙炔菊酯为主要成分采用 2种内标物的变异系数为1.89%和 2 .0 9% ;杀虫气雾剂用丙烯菊酯、丙炔菊酯、胺菊酯、富右旋反式苯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯进行复配制得药液 ,它们的回收率分别为 10 2 .4 3% ,10 0 .77% ,10 0 .2 6 % ,10 0 .39% ,10 1.10 %和 10 3.16 %。结论 :本方法分离状态好 ,分析的精确度、准确度高 ,适用于Objective:To study on determination of active ingredients in household insecticides to provide basis on having effective quality of household insecticides Methods: GC/FID with internal standard and capillary column Results: The standard deviation were 0 1 and 0 046 respectively, and coefficients of variation were 3 25% and 1 54% respectively. Average recovery rate were 97 84% and 98 69% Standard deviation and coefficient of variation for electric device (liquid) were 0 33×10 -3 and 3 89%. The average recovery rate was 99 7% The coefficients of variation were 0 86% and 1 53% for mat with d allethrin as active ingredient and two internal standards, 1 89% and 2 09% for mat with prallethrin as active ingredient and two internal standards Aerosol were formulated with d allethrin, pynamin, tetramethrin, rich d trans cyphenothrin, permethrin and cypemethrin as combined active ingredients, the recovery rates were 102 43%, 100 77%, 100 26%, 100 39%, 101 10% and 103 16% respectively Conclusion: The concerned method was done with good separation, analytical accuracy, suitable for determining mentioned four active ingredients used in household insecticides
