残杀威涂膜剂防治家畜体外寄生虫的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究残杀威及其与倍硫磷、敌百虫、甲基嘧啶磷复配加工成涂膜剂的配方。方法 :现场实验研究。结果 :在牛皮、猪皮和水泥板上涂刷不同配方的药剂 1～ 7d后对淡色库蚊的灭效均在 96 7%以上 ,对猪体表灭虱 2 8d灭效达 10 0 % ,对牛体表灭虱、灭蜱 7d灭效可达 10 0 %。结论 :残杀威、残杀威与甲基嘧啶磷复配加工的涂膜剂对猪、牛体表灭虱灭蜱效果显著 ,持效期长 。Objective:To develop the film formulations of propoxur and its mixtures with phosphate insecticides such as fenthion, trichlorphon and pirimiphos methyl. Methods:Field experiment. Results:After spraying the formulation on the cattle and pigs for one day to seven days,the mortality of culex pipiens pallens was 96 7%.The mortality of haematopinus suis was 100% for 28 days.And it's also 100% of haematopinus eurysternus and hodes ricinus even for seven days.Conclusion:The control effects of propoxur and its composite with pirimiphos-methy1 were significant against haematopinus suis,haematopinus eurysternus and hodes ricinus. Propoxur film formulation has good effect against ectozoas of domestic animals.
