摘　　要：本文根据项目融资的基本理论与规则 ,针对矿业融 (投 )资的特殊性 ,分析和论述了在矿业资本 (金融 )市场中 ,项目融资对矿业筹资的适宜性 ,以及矿业项目融资的一般运作程序和内容 。In accordance with the basic theory and rules of project financing,the paper analyzes the suitability of project financing to mining industry financing,the operation procedure and content of financing for mining project and introduces briefly two examples of financing for mining projects pursuant to the particularity of financing for mining industry.
