摘 要:论文研究了浮选介质水经磁化处理后 ,赤铁矿的上浮率 ,介质表面张力与捕收剂用量和介质 pH值的变化关系及其作用机理。试验结果表明 ,磁化处理可使油酸水溶液的表面张力降低 ,使赤铁矿上浮率增加。文章认为产生上述变化的原因是磁化处理增加了水分子的平均动能 ,削弱了水分子之间的色散力、诱导力、取向力 ,并影响水分子的聚合状态 ,使油酸在水溶液中的溶解度增大 ,进而使油酸分子离子二聚物的浓度增大。油酸分了—离子二聚物是有效的表面活性剂 。The paper describes the relationship between a floatation ratio,medium's surface tension and collector's dosage and medium's pH and their working mechanism after the floatation medium water is magnetized.The results show that the surface tension of oleic acid water can be lowered by magnetization,causing the floatation ratio of hematite increased.We think that this change is made by magnetization by which water molecules average moving energy is added and chromatic dispersion force,induced force and orientation force among water molecules are weakened and the polymeric state of water molecules is acted,thus making the solution of oleic acid in the water increased.Therefore,the concentrate of the bi-polymer of ion of oleic acid molecules is increased which is an effective surface activator and has important role on hematite's floatation.
