摘　　要：本文探讨了西部农业可持续发展所面临的主要问题,指出“两大基础工程建设”的弱化是当前和今后相当长时期内制约西部农业可持续发展的根本因素,并提出了标本兼治、长短结合的对策措施。In the paper,the authors discuss the main problems of conducting agricultural sustainable development in West China,revealing that the most important restrictive factor of agricultural sustainable development is the weakened construction of two fundamental projects.Finally,the countermeasures on developing sustainable agriculture in West China are put forward.
