藏药洛布桑胶囊等预防进藏战士缺氧症状的研究

摘　　要：目的 :从富含抗缺氧成分的新型藏成药中 ,寻找能增强部队紧急抗缺氧的药物 ,以提高部队快速进入高原后对高原环境的习服能力 ;方法 :1 71名空运进藏新兵 ,随机分组 ,实验组选用藏成药洛布桑胶囊、诺迪康胶囊、藏王宝胶囊、红景天胶囊 ,以及地奥心血康胶囊 ;对照组用淀粉胶囊 ,采用单盲法给药 ,观察急性缺氧症状发生率 ;结果 :进藏后 5天内的急性缺氧症状发生率 ,除地奥心血康组以外 ,均以第一天最高 ,以后逐渐下降 ,至第 5天时急性缺氧症状基本消失 ;入藏后第 1天 ,除藏王宝组外 ,各实验组与对照组之间差异均有显著性 ,P <0 .0 1 ;入藏后第 2天 ,仅地奥心血康组与对照组之间差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5;入藏后第 3天仅有洛布桑组与对照组之间差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5;结论 :本实验所选的药物 ,除藏王宝以外 ,在增强部队紧急习服高原能力方面均有积极作用 ,有待深入研究。Objective:In order to find out some effective drugs on enhancing recruit's ability against hypoxia at high altitude.Methods: Several traditional Tibetan and Chinese herbs were studied in recruits who were carried to Lhasa(above sea level 3 650m) from Chengdu by airplane.171 recruits were divided randomly into six groups according to different drugs given, i.e. Luobusang group, Luodikang group,Zangwangbao group, Hongjingtian group, Di'ao Xinxuekang group and the control group.They were given different drugs for prevention of the hypoxic symptoms before and after 3 days high altitude exposed.Results:The result showed that after the subjects were exposed to high altitude, the incidence of acute hypoxic symptoms was the highest on the first day among the first five days, and then decreased gradually. It almost disappeared on the fifth day. There were significant differences of incidence of acute hypoxic symptoms between drug groups and the control on the first day (P<0.01～P<0.05) except Zangwangbao group (P>0.05). On the second or third day, there still were the significant differences of the incidences between the control and Di'ao Xinxuekang group or Luobusang group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The drugs chosen in this study have obvious effects on enhancing recruit's ability against to hypoxia at high altitude except Zangwangbao.
