摘 要:本文用CHA—101大孔吸附树脂净化处理样品,由高效液相色谱法测定了鸡饲料中速丹的含量,以ODS 5μm 150×4.67mm I. D. 色谱柱,甲醇:pH4.3,0.25mol/L醋酸铵缓冲液(1:1)流动相,于254nm处,外标单点校正法测得速丹的平均回收率为94.7%,相关系数为0.9993(n=12)。A method of HPLC with UV detector at 254nm is described for the determination of stenorol contained in chicken feed. The sample should be cleaned by using CHA-101 adsorption resin before HPLC analysis. A 150×4.6mm I. D. stainless steel column packed with 5μm ODS was used for the separation. Methanol-pH 4. 3, 0. 25mol/L ammonium acetate buffer solution(1:1)was employed as mobile phase. Good results could be obtained by external standard single-point calibration approach. For stenorol, the average recovery was 94.7%,and its correlation coefficient was 0.9993(n=12).
