摘　　要：目的　探讨多脏器功能不全综合征 (MODS)患者肠源性感染时胃肠功能管理及预后。方法　对 32例MODS中伴胃肠衰竭的 13例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果　 32例MODS患者中 ,伴发胃肠功能衰竭者 13例 ,11例成活 ,2例死亡 ,死亡率 15 .4 %。结论　重视胃肠功能管理 ,加强胃肠功能保护是提高MODS患者救治率的重要因素。OBJECTIVE To investigate the protection of the gastroenteric function in patients with MODS and associated enteric infection. METHODS Clinical data from thirty two patients with MODS were analysed. RESULTS From thirteen patients with gastroenteric failure, eleven were alive, and two dead. CONCLUSIONS To stress the management of gastroenteric function is the key to increase the good effect in saving the patients with MODS.
