摘  要:目的 :优选杏仁水最佳制备工艺条件。方法 :应用均匀设计法考察不同因素水平对杏仁水氢氰酸 (HCN)得率的影响。结果 :同一温度冷浸 (2 5± 1)℃ ,杏仁水HCN得率与加水量及收集杏仁水量呈正比 (但影响不大 ) ,与冷浸时间无关 ;不同温度及时间冷浸 ,对杏仁水HCN得率有一定影响。结论 :以加水量为 5倍药材量 ,水温≤ 2 0℃时 ,药材宜冷浸 11h以上 ,水温≥ 2 1℃时 ,只需冷浸 2h以上 ,收集杏仁水量为 0 .5倍药材量 。OBJECTIVE To optimize the best conditions of preparation process of Aqua Armeniacae. METHODS The different factors and levels of preparation process of Aqua Armeniacae w ere investigated by uniform-design as HCN content index. RESULTS Soaking in the same temperature (25± 1) ℃ ,HCN content of Aqua Armeniac ae was the direct ratio with quantity of soaking water or collected Aqua Ar meniacae (but not remarkable),and had not relation with soaking time. It w as affec ted by different soaking temperature or time. CONCLUSIONS The best conditions of preparation process was: 5 times soaking water as quantit y as medicinal materials,soaking more than 11 hours under water temperature ≤ 20 ℃ , soaking more than 2 hours under water temperature ≥ 21 ℃ , 0. 5 times of collected Aqua Armeniacae as quantity as medicinal materials.
