摘　　要：入世对我国的金融业产生巨大影响,本文从优势、劣势、机会及威胁四个角度出发,探讨了加入WTO后中国房地产金融业将面对的一些问题并提出了相应的发展对策。Entering into the WTO will bring great affects to China's finance. This article, from four aspects (strength, weakness, opportunity and treatment), discusses some problems that the nation's real estate finance will confront with after entering into WTO, besides, contraposing the above issues, the author brings forward the corresponding developing countermeasures.
