摘　　要：本文通过对国内外各种信息水平测度理论模型的对比分析 ,在我国现阶段建立的信息化指标体系的基础之上 。This paper analyses and compares the model of informatization level measurement in other country and China.Based on the present index system of our nation's informatization and the frame of RITE model,this paper creates a new theory model that is suitable for our nation's present measurement of informatization.
