摘　　要：对未来钢铁工业如何提高能效进行了探索,围绕企业组织结构调整和技术进步对提高能效所起的作用进行了情景分析,包括情景分析框架结构、情景分析方案的选择、活动水平和能效水平的确定,以及模型预测结果和结论。It makes the study on how to improve energy efficiency in the future iron and steel industry. It conducts the scenarios analysis of energy efficiency influenced by enterprises organization structure adjustment and technology progress. This analysis includes framwork, the options of scenarios analysis, the determination of energy efficiency and performance, results forecasted by model and conlusions.
