摘　　要：以 2 ,3-二甲基 - 4-硝基氧化吡啶和三氟乙醇为原料 ,在碱性催化剂存在下合成 2 ,3-二甲基 -4- ( 2 ,2 ,2 -三氟乙氧基 ) -氧化吡啶的新工艺 ,获得最佳反应条件为 :2 ,3-二甲基 - 4-硝基氧化吡啶与三氟乙醇的摩尔比为 1∶ 9.47,溶剂为三氟乙醇 ;反应温度控制在 80～ 85°C,反应时间 1 1～ 1 3h,产率 89.2 %。A new method for the synthesis of 2,3 dimethyl 4 (2,2,2 trifluoroethoxy) pyridine 1 oxide on alkaline catalyst using 2,3 dimethyl 4 nitropyridine 1 oxide and trifluoroethanol as raw material was described. The optimum conditions for the reaction were: molar ratio of 2,3 dimethyl 4 nitropyridine 1 oxide to trifluoroethanol, 1∶9.47; solvent, trifluoroethanol; reaction time, 11~13 h; and reaction temperature, 80~85°C. The yield was 89.2%.
