跨界融合子处理含酚废水的实验研究

摘　　要：以白腐真菌和北京燕山石油化工公司炼油厂污水厂的活性污泥经驯化筛选后分离获得的降酚细菌进行跨界融合 ,经筛选获得 2株降酚融合子。应用此融合子对燕山石化炼油厂含酚废水进行降解实验 ,结果表明 。Two kinds of Phenol-degrading fusional microorganism have been obtained that were from the white-rot fungi and germ from activated sludge of wastewater treatment plant of Bei jing Yanshan Petrochemical Group Corporation using the fusional microorganism to dispose the phenolic wastewater of Ben jing Yanshan Petrochemical Group Corporation.The result is that the fusional microorganism resolve artificial containing phenolic wastewater is very good.
