双低油菜新品种“沪油16”的选育

摘　　要：“沪油16”是采用品种(系)间杂交方法育成的甘蓝型双低油菜新品种,种子含油率41.22％、芥酸含量为0.71％、硫苷含量为20.62μmol/g。该新品种在上海市油菜区域试验和生产试验中,平均菜籽产量达2387.3kg/hm2,比双低油菜品种“沪油12”增产11.4％。沪油16适应于我国长江中下游冬油菜主产区种植。Huyou No. 16 (Brassica napus L.), a new low erucic acid and low glucosinolate rapeseed variety, was successfully bred through crossing between varieties by the Crop Breeding and Cultivation Research Institute, Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The oil content in seeds of the variety was 41. 22% , erucic acid content in seed oil was 0. 71 % , and the glucosinolate content in seed meal was 20.62 μmol/g. In Shanghai Rapeseed Regional and Production Tests, the average seed yield of the variety was 2387. 3kg/hm2, which increased by 11.4% over that of Huyou No. 12. Huyou No. 16 is suitable for growing in the region of the lower and middle Yangtse valley.
