摘　　要：目的　探讨腹部手术切口裂开的防治。方法　注意缝合技术和增加组织抗张力的强度。降低腹压 ,避免危险因素的围手术期处理。结果　有效地预防了腹部手术的切口裂开。结论　减少腹部手术的切口裂开 。Objective To discuss the prevention of dehiscence of abdominal incision. Methods The suture technique should be pay attention to and increase the strength against tissue tension. Decreasing abdominal pressure and avoiding risk factor during peri-operation should be done. Results The dehiscence of abdominal incision were effectively prevented. Conclusion Decreasing dehiscence of abdominal incision could improve successful rate of operation and decrease mortality.
