江西地区嗜水气单胞菌流行株的生物学特性

摘　　要：从江西不同地区分离到多株嗜水气单胞菌 (Ah) ,选取有代表性的 1 4株菌做生物学特性鉴定。发现这1 4株Ah培养特性一致 ,生化特性除糖类发酵存在差异外 ,其它均一致。均可产生强的毒素 ,对动物的致病性均很强。1 4株Ah菌对环丙沙星、痢特灵、阿米卡星、卡那霉素均高敏。A number of strains of Aerornonas hydrophila from different areas in Jiangxi were isolated, fourteen strains of which were tested for their biological characteristics. It was found that the strains had the same cultural performances and same biological characteristics except for the differences in carbohydrates fermentation. All could produce strong toxin and could cause strong pathogenicity in animals. All of the fourteen strains were highly sensitive in Ciprofloxacin, Furazolidone, Amikacin and Kanemycin.
