摘　　要：文章介绍了某市政府的电子政务信息系统设计方案 ,以及涉及到的一些关键的开发技术 ,如基于 MVC( Model- View- Controller)的软件开发模式、用硬件密钥进行身份认证和数据加密的技术、PDF格式处理电子公文的技术。In this paper,a scheme of electronic government affair is introduced,and some key skills applied in this scheme is introduced .These skills include developing software based MVC design model ,identity certification with USB-based user authentication device and locking important data for network,converting electronic archive with PDF file format and so on.
